The Ambady dining room offers delectable dishes of Kerala Style cooking. The Kerala meals include white/boiled rice with a variety of side dishes having an aromatic coconut blend, along with crispy 'pappadams' and the mouth-watering dessert, 'Payasam', served on the banana leaf.
For breakfast you have 'appam', 'dosa', 'idli', 'puttu' etc. However we would be delighed to cater to your special request on prior notice. Most dishes at Ambady Estate are prepared with fresh vegetables and spices from the plantations's organic farm. The guests are allowed to watch the chef cooking, and even try their hand in it.
