Guarantee Policies

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or travel agency.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival.

For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 50% of total accommodation charges is required at the time of making the reservation. Balance 50% for accommodation charges required 30 days prior to arrival. If the advance payment is not received, reservation will be cancelled.
